Our classic 'Salcombe & Tonic' served in a traditional Copa glass with ice and a slice.
50ml Salcombe Gin 'start point'
150ml premium indian tonic water
1/4 slice ruby red grapefruit
Lots of ice
- Half fill a large copa glass with ice.
- Add the ruby red grapefruit to garnish then pour in a generous double measure of Salcombe Gin 'Start point'.
- Add the tonic water and give a gentle stir and serve.
