The Pennant Martini
Named after Salcombe Gin’s iconic label and gin pennant; a flag flown by sailors as a symbol of hospitality.
50ml Salcombe Gin ‘Start Point’
10ml Knightor Dry Vermouth
Place lots of ice into a mixing glass.
Add the gin and vermouth.
Using a bar spoon, stir gently for 30 seconds.
Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a red grapefruit peel twist.
