Our classic Salcombe Gin and tonic served in a traditional Copa glass with ice and a slice.
50ml Salcombe Gin
150ml premium indian tonic water
1/4 slice ruby red grapefruit
Lots of ice
- Half fill a large copa glass with ice.
- Add the ruby red grapefruit to garnish then pour in a generous double measure of Salcombe Gin.
- Top up with the tonic water, give one gentle stir and serve.
