A Salcombe twist on the vintage French 75. Think St. Tropez meets Sunny Cove

Ingredients

10ml Salcombe Gin
10ml Crème De Pamplemousse
125ml Prosecco

METHOD

  • Ready a champagne flute and build the cocktail in the glass, starting with the Salcombe Gin and the crème de pamplemousse, topping up with prosecco.
  • Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary.
