Our take on a Mojito. Salcombe Gin, fresh mint and blood orange marmalade… Clean, fresh and delicious
50ml Salcombe Gin
2 barspoons blood orange marmalade
10ml lemon juice
10 mint leaves
- Place the gin, marmalade, lemon juice and clapped mint into a boston shaker glass, fill to the top with ice, and shake for 10 seconds.
- Fill a high ball tumbler with ice and add a thin wheel of grapefruit against the inside of the glass.
- Using a hawthorne strainer (small holes, with springs) and a fine strainer, pour the mix into the into the highball.
- Finish by filling to the top with elderflower tonic and garnish with a mint spring.
