A light, refreshing drink perfect for those sunny Salcombe days
50ml Salcombe Gin
25ml fresh blood orange juice
15 cubeb berries
10ml syrup de gomme
Dash lemon juice
3 basil leaves
- Muddle the cubeb and syrup de Gomme at the bottom of a Boston shaker glass.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, top with ice and shake for 20-30 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into an old fashioned glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a basil leaf and 3 cubeb berries.
